She was predeceased by: her brother Steven Chaney. She is survived by: her husband Roger David "Dave" Leonard; her daughter Stephanie; her son-in-law Gary Cummins of Kettering; her brother Allen; and her sister-in-law Leota Chaney of Covington. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
