She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Whitehead and Helen Young Whitehead; her grandson Joshua Kopus; and her daughter-in-law Cindi Kopus. She is survived by: her children, Penny Kopus of Lakeview, OH, Frank Kopus (Beth) of DeGraff, OH, Dick Kopus (Debbie) of DeGraff, OH and Mary Ann Simmons (Butch) of Booneville, AR; her grandchildren, Kelly Miller (Brian), Jason Tanger (Tracy), Frank T. Kopus (Dixie), Joseph Kopus (Trina), Matthew Robinson (Anna), Jarrett Kopus and Tammy Kopus; her great grandchildren, Kailey Macaluso, Janie Kopus, Robby Eleyet, Kimberly Eleyet, Joseph Kopus, Nora Kopus, Macie Robinson, Addie Robinson, Peyton Robinson, Piper Robinson, Taven Tanger, Jennifer Miller, Katie Miller, Taylor Miller, Kayla Kopus, Kelsey Kopus, Kennedy Kopus, Audrey Kopus and Lillian Kopus; her great great grandchildren, Ava Jo Paul and Theodore Easton; and her siblings, James Whitehead of Florida, Bobbie Jean Tebbe of Sidney, OH and Howard Whitehead (Dee) of DeGraff.
