She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas W. Clatterbuck and Dorothy E. Wadsworth Clatterbuck; her husband Robert Douglas Neely; her daughter Rhonda Marie Myers; her children-in-law, Roger Myers and Amy Tarkington Neely; and her brother Richard T. Clatterbuck.
She is survived by: her son Robert D. Neely II of Russells Point; her grandsons, Hayden D. Neely and Kyler Tarkington (Coleen); and her siblings, Joanne C. Hess of Columbus, OH and David C. Clatterbuck (Alice) of Massillon.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given in Judi's memory to Logan County Cancer Society c/o Mary Rutan Hospital.
