He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. II and Margaret Trinkle Czug. He is survived by: his children, Jacquelyn Jaxen of Lake Worth, FL, Tracy Czug of Alabama, Cynthia Czug of Lake Wales, FL and Christina Czug of Loxahatchee, FL; his grandchildren, Johnathan, Christopher, Victoria, Gianna, Christian, Isabella, Jacob and Joshua; his great grandchildren, Karmela, Asher, Anabelle, Brooklyn, Micah and Briella; and his sister Nancy Czug Roellig.
