He is survived by: his children, Tracy Jacobs (Angel), Chris Jacobs, Melissa Weigandt and Becky Baughman; his granddaughters, Kimberly Wallace (Kaleb), Hannah Ball (Austin), Kayla Tittle, Emma Ray, Krista Tittle and Ava Jacobs; his great grandchildren, Lillian, Gracelyn Wallace and Penrose; and his siblings, Terry Jacobs (Teresa) and Jackie Johnson (Gary). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
