Foster of Russells Point, Ohio, born in Bellefontaine, Ohio, who passed away on June 17, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil, Jr. Horne and Margaret "Peg" Herring Horne; and her brothers, Junior Lee Horne, Bernard Allen Horne and John A. Horne.
She is survived by: her daughters, Erin Horne of Russells Point and Tressie Dugan (Donald) of Lakeview, OH; her grandchildren, Savanah Holbrook, Colton Dugan, Emma Dugan and McKenize Davenport; and her siblings, Janet Haynes (Bill) of Russells Point, Linda Crisp (Jeff) of Bellefontaine, Bill Horne (Michele) of Bellefontaine and Leslie Kay White (Russell) of Columbus. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
Memorial contribution may be given in Ginger's memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
