Howell (Russells Point, Ohio), born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away on May 13, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Roy Howell; his brother William Howell; and his nephew Kyle Howell. He is survived by: his parent Ruth Brodbeck Howell; and his sister Patty Howell of Russells Point. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
