She is survived by: her husband Michael Herzog; her daughter Darlene Beuschlein (Jack III) of Findlay, OH; her grandchildren, Ava, Jackson and Gavin; and her siblings, Michael Stout (Bobbie) of Dayton, Karen Brush (Jack) of Dayton and Mark Stout of Dayton. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
