He is survived by: his wife Joyce Washburn; his daughters, Tanya Jenkins (Kenny) of Powell and Joyce Washburn of Powell, Ohio; his grandchildren, Joshua Jenkins and Kathryn Jenkins; his siblings, Wanda Crum of Columbus, Ohio and Lonnie Washburn of Waverly, Ohio; his nephew Carlos Crum; and his niece Mindy Gee (Jeremiah Thompson). He is also survived by other nieces, nephews and friends.
