He was predeceased by: his parents, David Evans and Karen Evans (Rhoades); and his uncles, Junior of Sidney and Richard Evans of Sidney. He is survived by: his children, Charlita Rhoads of Russells Point, Jessica Evans of Russells Point and Logan Evans of Russells Point; his grandchildren, Alleah Rhoads and Jaxton Sloas; his sister Tammy Wiseman (Paul) of Sidney; his uncle Steve Rhoades of Waverly; his aunt Erma Evans of Sidney; the mother of his children Brandy Rhoads; his friends, Dave Waner, Kenny Kurdock and Duston Miller; and his close friends, Gary and Nicki Trout of Huntsville.
