Collins; her children, Roger, Doug (Denise), Rick and Tina; her grandchildren, Chris, Cody (Jessica), Seth, Aaron, Tyler and Tabitha (John); and her great grandchildren, Peyton and Christian. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
