She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Osborn and Belva Osborn (Estep); her husband John; her son Phillip Jerome; her daughter-in-law Janie McCafferty-Tufts; her siblings, Frankie Osborn, June Leasure, Leonard Osborn, Kate Moore, Merle Hinton, Norma Golden and Mary Wiegand; and her brothers-in-law, Frank Golden, Don Hinton, George Wiggins and Charlie Lozier (Glenna Jean Terry).
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Terry (Mike) of Rushville and Stanley Tufts (Patti) of Lancaster; her grandchildren, Michael Terry of Rushville, Michelle Peters (Richard) of Buckeye Lake, Tera Bradford (Ron) of Kettering, Gena Celli of Lancaster, Jeff Tufts (Jet) of Laguana Hills, Nicole Walker (Michael) of Somerset, Kurtis Tufts of Lancaster and Ashley Laughlin (Cody) of Buckeye Lake; and her great grandchildren, Phillip John Tufts, Chloe Thuler-Tufts, Camden Peters, Luke Tufts, Kane Celli, Chelsea, Donna Glenn, Easton, Finley Walker, Hannah and Haylen Terry.
In accordance with state mandates, COVID protocols including facial coverings and social distancing will be followed.
