He is survived by: his wife Jeannette; his children, Kim, Adam and Nicci; his grandchildren, Ryan Adkins (Allie), Noah Adkins (Paige), Jonah Adkins, Kya Evans, Jeff, Jessica, Wayne and Katelynn Adkins; and his great grandchildren, Ray and Grayson Adkins.
