He is survived by: his wife Kathy Miller (Swackhammer); his daughters, Morgan Allshouse (Matt) and Harlei Miller (Eric Allen); his siblings, Sheila Albin and Heith Miller (Susan); his mother-in-law Betty Swackhammer; his brother-in-law Kevin Swackhammer; his niece Jamie Albin-Rebert; his nephews, Dylan, Devon, Derek Miller and Bryan Swackhammer (Shauna); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lexie Kelley, Ashlynne Swackhammer, Clayton Albin, Tobie Kelley and Jackson Swackhammer; and his cousins, Edie, Gary Gillum, Brenda and Roger Neff.
