She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Sr. Kennedy and Essie Kennedy (Snider); and her husband Paul A. Forsythe. She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Cotterman (Ken), Diane Whitley, Paula Starner (James) and Beth Stebelton (Dave). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bope-Thomas Funeral Home (203 S Columbus St, Somerset, OH 43783). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
