It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Ann West of Rushville, Ohio, born in Shadyside, Ohio, who passed away on January 27, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil William and Dorthy June Lemmon (Hoffman); her husband Thomas Brown West; and her brother Alan Lemmon. She is survived by: her children, D. Scott West and Diana Rae West; her grandchildren, Shanda West, Davis West and Erin Hardwick (Andrew); her great grandchildren, Xander and Connor; her sister Shirley Miller (Ronald); and her brother-in-law Kenneth West (Sharon). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
