We are sad to announce that on October 26, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Joy Tipton of Rushville, Ohio, born in London, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin and Martha Newman (Kees); her husband Lowell "Tom" Tipton; her brother Stephen Newman; her niece Linda Harmon; her siblings-in-law, Martha Bussart, John, Paul and Ray Tipton; and also Todd Kinder.
She is survived by: her daughter Crystal Tipton; and her sisters-in-law, Ann Judy (PJ), Rita Jane Williams and Sue Tipton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
