He is survived by: his children, Mark Ortman (Krystal) of Thornville and Julie Bay (Ralph) of Junction City; his grandchildren, Josh Bay (Dani), Joseph Ortman (Kaitlyn), Chris Ortman and Rachel Ortman; his great grandchild Sophia; his siblings, Robert "Bob" Ortman of Thurston and Shirley Joos of Lancaster; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Ortman of Pickerington, Earl and Caroline Gadd. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
