He is survived by: his parent Alverta Henry Winegardner; his children, Nancy Ginn (Stephen) of Rushville, Cindy Snyder (James) of Rushville and Ronnie Winegardner (Janie) of Rushville; his grandchildren, Onie Hill, Samuel Ginn, Merissa Ferrell, Meagan Bates, Michelle Winegardner and Colten Nash; and his sister Bernita Ardrey. He is also survived by great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
