Forsythe; her sons, Joe Forsythe (Kim) of Huntsville, Jerry Forsythe (Darlene) of Rushsylvania and Andy Forsythe (Aryn) of Huntsville; her grandchildren, Kelley, Taylor and Carolyn; her brother Mike Davis (Coleen) of Dublin; and also, Tom Forsythe (Carol), Phil Forsythe (Jean) and Betsy Shoffstall (Bob). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
