He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrel W. Jordan and Georgia P. Jordan (Williams); his son Gregory Phillip Jordan; his siblings, Duane Jordan and Sharon Green; his sisters-in-law, Linda Koehler (Van Buskirk), Connie Meddles (Koehler) and June Jordan; his niece Mindy Seabert; and his brother-in-law Melvin Seabert.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Jordan (Koehler); his sons, Michael Jordan (Carrie Jo) and Brian Jordan (Niki); his grandchildren, Paige McDorman (Garth), Logan Guenther (Regan), Trey Shelton and Hunter Koehler (Bailey); his great grandchildren, Jax, Waylin, Carmen, Carsyn, Landry, Bennett and Ridge; his sister Marsha Barton (Mike); and his siblings-in-law, Sandra Rapp (Paul), Tim Koehler (Carol), Jeff Koehler (Brenda) and Louie Meddles. He is also survived by his sons, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Memorial donations in Phillips honor may be made to the charity of the donor's choice or the Amvets Post 1994 in Kenton.
