He was predeceased by: his parents, Carson Fay and Marie Fay (Myers); and his brother Fred Fay (Connie). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his daughters, Tamra Potts, Pamela Stewart (Dave) and Melony Coy (John); and his siblings, Ann Morris, Linda James (Ron) and Larry Fay. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren.
