It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Allen Garner of Rudolph, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on November 5, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Garner and Hazel Garner (Hensley); his former wife Goldie Howard; his children, Rhonda, Sabrina and Rodney; his grandson Reed; and his siblings, Ray, Glenn, Brenda and Deborah.

He is survived by: his wife Dianna Rhoads; his children, Christopher Garner (Katie) of Bowling Green, Richard Garner II of Rudolph, Nicole Hamm (Troy) of Bowling Green and Angie Jewell (Kevin) of Rudolph, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Derek, Christopher, Vincent, Emily, Hayden, Spencer, Isaiah, Jamal of Kevin, Hazel, Tyler, Brett and Gavin; and his sisters, Mary Love Joy (Don) of Deshler, Linda Rickard of Tiffin, Kathy Love Joy (Bob) of Fostoria and Bonnie St (Jame).
