He was predeceased by: his parents, Dolph H Johnston and Margaret A Johnston (Hedges); his wife Phyllis Baldwin (Longstreet); his former wife Janet Godlove; his daughter Alice Johnston; his stepson Rod Baldwin; his stepdaughter-in-law Penny Baldwin; and his granddaughter Hannah Milliron.
He is survived by: his children, Raymond Johnston (Diane) of Bowling Green, Amy Milliron (Barry) of Garland and Roger Johnston (Marina) of Red Oak, Texas.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and numerous friends.
