With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phoeba Fannin of Rubyville, Ohio, born in Louisa, Kentucky, who passed away on January 10, 2023 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay Wilson and Marie Webb Wilson; her husband Herman T. Fannin; and her siblings, Woodrow Wilson, Ina Lambert and Dorothy Wilson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Anita Karen Fannin of Maryville, TN and Joyce Annette Coffman (David) of St. Clairsville; her sisters, Carolyn Lemaster of Fairborn, Thelma Komar of Florida, Linda Hardin (George) of Louisa, Phyllis Bryant of Louisa and Frances Chapman (Charles) of Louisa; her grandchildren, Nicholas Vanderpool (Lynn), Courtney Vanderpool (Tim Purvis) and Rebecca Collins; and her great grandchildren, Alex, Noble, Ella, Micah, Brenna, Aidan, Donovan and Amiah.
