She was predeceased by: her parents, Hasten Lemaster and Genoa Lemaster (Farley); her spouse Thomas Riggs; her son Thomas Anthony Riggs; and her siblings, Loretta Geraldine Zorns, Robert Eugene Lemaster, Paul Monroe Lemaster, Billie Joe Lemaster, Lovel Maxine Sniff and Anna Louise Williamson.
She is survived by: her sons, Terry Robin Riggs (Julie) of Lucasville, OH and Troy Fitzgerald Riggs (Barb); her siblings, Kenneth Roosevelt (Phyllis Lemaster) and Laura Francis Benner of Lucasville, OH; her grandchildren, Brandy, Grant Literal, Amber, Eric Owens, Natasha Ward, Valerie, Brandon Hale, Ryan Riggs, Robin Renee Riggs and Brittany Tarantino; and her great grandchildren, Bryce Davis, Sierra Literal, Serenity, Sydnie, Felix Stewart (Foxie), Michael Riggs, Kayleigh Justice, Aiden, Isabella Holbrook, Gannon Gilliam, Bradley and Isaiah Hale.
