She was predeceased by: her parents, William Adkins and Bertha Dyer Adkins; her son Billie Gene Barnett; and her brothers, Ruley Adkins and Eugene Adkins.
She is survived by: her husband Phil Rodrigue; her children, Debra Daniels (James) and Robert "Sam" Barnett (Karen); and her siblings, Denver Adkins (Brenda) and Shirley Mullins. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; ten great grandchildren.
She was a very passionate and giving person and if she though a charity was worthy she would give to them freely.
