He was predeceased by: his parents, James Humrichouser and Helen Humrichouser (McQuate); his sister Carolyn Ann; and his brothers-in-law, Rob Kopp and Tom Krumlaw.

He is survived by: his wife Anne Humrichouser (Krumlaw); his children, Jamie Opatz (Jarred) of Wooster and Ben Humrichouser (Teresa) of Ashland; his grandchildren, Evan, Seth Opatz, Nathan and Mia Humrichouser; his sisters, Sue Norris (Jim) of Ashland and Pat Kopp of Englewood; and his brother-in-law Bill Krumlaw (Lucy) of Mansfield.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mike's memory to Rowsburg Lutheran Church.
