She is survived by: her husband Thomas Pate; her children, Adam Edward Pate of Lakewood and Jessica Lynn Martin (Pate) of Crestview, Florida.; her siblings, Frank Weiler (Jill) of Ashland, Ohio and Emma Boylan (Tom) of Willard; her siblings-in-law, Paul Arnholt of Mansfield, Ohio, Richard Pate (Donita) of Ashland and Sandra Benton (Bryan) of Woodstock, Georgia; and her grandchildren, Elijah Pate of Lakewood, Chase Bradley Martin and Riley Elizabeth Martin of Crestview, Florida. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
