She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Shepherd and Venice Shepherd (Combs); her former husband Ronald L. Zapp, Sr.; and her parents-in-law, Lee and Nelly Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Ron Zapp (Keli), Angela Zapp-Gratz (Adam), Cory Kilburn (JoAnn) and Lindsey Kilburn; her grandchildren, Jillan Parker (Jeff), Makinna Zapp-Gratz, Braiden Zapp, Gwen Kilburn-Lacroix, Brittany Blatz (Andy), Brandon Carter, Dominic Thomas, John-Keith Thomas and Isabelle Kilburn; her great grandchildren, Nahla Long, Grayson Parker and Eloise Elizabeth Blatz; her siblings, Annie Gullet (Arthur), Lisa Shrider (Dean), Gordon Shepherd (Connie), Carawona Bartley (Ken) and Bruce Shepherd (Jordan); her siblings-in-law, Harry Zapp and Michelle Neitz (Mark); and her close friend Janet Conrad. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
