He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Overs and Emily Shaffer Overs; his wife Rose Mary "Rose" White; his daughter Teresa Daniels; his siblings, Roger, Doris Kill and Katherine Davis; his half-sisters, Thelma Wilkins and Jeannie Culp; and his brother-in-law Hobart Harrison.
He is survived by: his children, Johnnie Overs of Roundhead, Douglas Overs of Roundhead and Deborah Oakley of Lakeview, OH; his siblings, Dorothy Harrison, Paul Overs (Becky), Bill Overs (Linda) and Joe Overs (Glenda); and his siblings-in-law, Jodi Overs and Ned Davis. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
Memorial Contributions may be given in his name to Roundhead Volunteer Fire Department.
