He was predeceased by: his parents, Valentine Gacik and Dolores Gacik (Screptock); his daughter Heather Gacik; his brother Kenneth Gacik; his nephew Scotty Gacik; his parents-in-law, Virginia Brunner (Nowak) and Donnelly Brunner; and his white Shepherd "Lace".
He is survived by: his wife Dianna Gacik (Brunner); his son Nicholas "Nick" Gacik; his uncle Gerard Gacik (Donna); and his siblings-in-law, Michelle Lutz (Scott), Dale Brunner (Kathy) and Rick Brunner.
