It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephanie Jean Jakubeck of Rossford, Ohio, who passed away on March 25, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jakubec and Mary Jakubec (Galgocy); her sisters, Cecelia Jakubec, Josephine Balog (John) and Marie Vascik (Robert Sr.); and her nephew Deacon Richard Vascik.

She is survived by: her brother Richard Jakubec (Carol). She is also survived by many nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers please donate to St. Joseph Catholic Church or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
