He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Gallaher-Rucker; his stepchildren, Michael Gallaher (Jennifer), Katrina Nickoloff (Steven), Jeremiah Gallaher (Casey) and Elisabeth Czaja (Brett); and his siblings, Earl Rucker (Carla), Margie Arthur (Johnny), Wanda Rucker, Neva Rucker-Nash and Ava DeAtley (Tim).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a contribution to the local VFW or American Legion.
