She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Heyse and Louise Heyse (Nisely); her husband Marion "Sonny" Shaw; and her siblings, Walter G. Heyse, Jr. and Rose Marie Riley.
She is survived by: her children, William Whaley, Jr. (Cassie), Sandra Rosenberger (Robert), Deborah Yingling (Keith) and Cynthia Zunk (Tom); and her stepchildren, Robert Shaw, Jeffrey Shaw (Carol), Shawn Shaw (Jeannie) and Jodi Shaw. She is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren, fourty-one great-grandchildren and eight great-great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made in Joyce's name to Hospice of Northwest Ohio Perrysburg.
