She is survived by: her husband William Evanoff; her children, Denise Davis (Mark) of Holland, Michele Moore (Matt) of Rochester and William Evanoff (Patty) of Loveland, Ohio; her grandchildren, Heather Christensen (Erik) of Ottawa Hills, Ohio, Jessica Evanoff of Columbus, Julia Evanoff of Columbus, Christopher Davis of Ann Arbor, Sarah Moore of Berkley and Jaclyn LaPierre (Stephen) of Ferndale, Michigan; and her great grandchildren, Ethan, Micah and Elijah Christensen. She is also survived by three children.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Hospice of Northwest, Ohio in Helen's honor.
