He is survived by: his wife Molly Jakubec; his children, Mark Jakubec (Sandra), Martin Jakubec (Kim), Jane Jump (David), Matthew Jakubec and Joseph Jakubec (Wendy); his grandchildren, Christina Griffith (Todd), Ann Marie Stec, Molly Joseph (Alan), Mark Jakubec (Todd Williams), James Jakubec, Jonathan Jakubec, Samanatha Linak (Rich), Jason Metzger, Kelly Metzger, Andrew Jakubec (Allie Johnson) of Daniel Jakubec, USN., Korie Anthony (Ryan), Amanda Jakubec, Amelia Jakubec and Adam Jakubec; his great grandchildren, Evan, Allison, Lauren, Dylan, Jocelynn, Jacob, Leah, Jordan, Andi, Ryli, Kole, Reid, Will, Emma, Averie and David Jr.; his nieces, Kristine Goldsmith and Karen Bodeker; and his cousin Joanne Bucklew.
