She is survived by: her former spouse Valentine Gacik; her husband Val Gacik; her son Theodore Gacik (Diana); her grandchildren, Nicholas, Candice and Christian Gacik; her great grandchildren, Jayden, Easton and Eloise; her daughter-in-law Genice; and her brother-in-law Gerard Gacik (Donna).
