He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lawson and Mary Lawson (Puterbaugh); his brothers, Harold and Richard; and his siblings-in-law, Dick and Kay Shook.
He is survived by: his wife Joan L. Lawson (Shook); his children, Phil Lawson (Carol) of Findlay, Mike Lawson of Arcanum, Jeff Lawson (Carolyn) of Arcanum, Debbie Coughlin (Tom) of London and Tom Lawson (Patty) of Greenville; his siblings-in-law, Max and Jo Ann Shook of Kettering; and his grandchildren, Jessica Anderson (John), Grant Lawson (Ashlee), Lauren Lawson, Erica Turjanica (Ryan), Nick Coughlin (Emily), Lindsey Wilson (Derek), Jesse Lawson, Sacha Pollit (Zack), Rochelle Lawson and Paul Lawson (Chantrell).
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the N. J. Hogenkamp Sons, Inc. - St. Henry (221 E Main St, St Henry, OH 45883). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Henry Catholic Church (272 E Main St, New Weston, OH 45348).
