He is survived by: his parent Jade Mayo (Sheri) of Englewood, Florida; his sons, Grayson and Waylon; his siblings, Ashley Mayo (Nick Pellman) of Greenville, Tyler Mayo of Greenville, Brandon Johnson of Dayton and Madison Collins of Florida; his grandparents, Vicki Mayo of Greenville, Dick and Angela Condon of Russia, Ohio; and his aunts and uncles, Shane, Shirley Mayo of Union City, Cassidy, Travis Behnken of Arcanum, Chance and Amber Mayo of Union City, Ohio. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
