It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David H. Stammen of Rossburg, Ohio, born in Union City, Indiana, who passed away on January 21, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Stammen and Hilda Stammen (Otte); his former wife Barbara Ann Stammen (Bensman); his sisters, Bertha "Berdie" Stammen and Mildred Stammen; his sister-in-law Viola Stammen; his parents-in-law, Ellen, Tom Campbell, Rose and Lawrence Bensman; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Bensman and Charles Bensman.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Stammen (Campbell); his children, Sara Timmerman (Alan) of North Star and Nicholas Stammen (Lisa) of St. Henry; his grandchildren, Rose, Joseph Timmerman, Jack, Elias and Lena Stammen; his siblings, Lester Stammen of St. Henry, Verena Evers (Don) of New Bremen and Joan Pax (Francis) of Coldwater; and his siblings-in-law, Peter Campbell (Wendy) of Colorado, Ken Bensman (Pat) of New Bremen, Larry Bensman (Mary) of New Bremen, Nick Bensman (Diane) of New Bremen, Karen Bensman of Minster, Judy McGlothen of St. Mary's and Cindy Bensman of McCartyville.
