She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bacot and Zoerado Bacot (Young); and her husbands, Lynn Budd and Lee Mills. She is survived by: her children, Gregory Budd (Lisa), Dana Wilson and Eric Budd; her grandchildren, Emily Budd, Katie Budd, Sally Roy (Bill), Kelly Garcia (Miguel), Nick Budd, Chelsey Budd and Amber Budd; her great grandchildren, Sophia, Aria Garcia, Emberlee and Weston James; and her friend Bernice Roop. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
