He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Foster and Bessie Foster (Malone); and his spouse Carolyn Foster. He is survived by: his children, Greg Foster (Nancy), Kim Cella (Alan), Keith Foster (Diane), David Foster (Holly) and Ron Foster (Sandy). He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, seven great grandchildren; nine nephews and nieces and many loving friends.
