He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Thomas and Mary Emma Thomas (Thompson); his wife Mary Clare Voellmecke Thomas; and his siblings, James Willard, William Lennon, Joseph, Mary Antonia, Freda Cecelia, Henry, Anna Katherine and Theresa.
He is survived by: his children, Andrew J. Thomas (Suzanne) of Liberty Township, Paul S. Thomas of Morgan Township and Susan M. Thomas of Morgan Township; his grandsons, Joshua P. Thomas, Aaron J. Thomas and Benjamin L. Clark; and his great grandchild Lorelei Avery Thomas. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the St. Vincent DePaul Society at St. Aloysius Church, Shandon, OH.
