He was predeceased by: his fathers, Clarence Slade and Tony Slade. He is survived by: his wife Sue Slade (Acore); his sons, Alex Slade and Jake Slade; his siblings, Eddie, Linda Slade, Tina Slade-Swann, Walt Slade, Phil Slade and Laurie Acore; his nieces, Savanna (Sean), Audrey (Ryan) and Lacie; and his nephew Keenan. He is also survived by many extended family members and close friends.
