She was predeceased by: her parents, Recil Varner and Doshia Varner (Crawford); her husband Donald Lewis, Sr.; her daughter Donna Lewis Barry; and her siblings, Bobby, Jimmy, L. C. Varner and Mary Evelyn Tomlinson.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Lewis Meyers (Scott), Donald Lewis Jr. (Jill) and David Lewis (Joanie Perin); her grandchildren, Jason Meyers (Jessica), Dustin Meyers (Ebner), AJ Lewis and Chase Lewis; her stepgrandchildren, Steven May (Jessica), Jessica May Charles (Craig), Megan May and Hannah Perin; and her great grandchildren, Dylan, Ella, Emery, Annabelle, Rylan and Harper. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
