He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Luther and Goldie Luther (Webb); his son-in-law Kevin Lynch; and his siblings, Karl, Harry, Bill Luther, Marcella Kidd and Corrine Lipps.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Luther; his children, Joey Lynch, Micha Meyer (Brian), Don Luther (Charlie), Bob Luther (Amy), Josh Luther (Lora) and Matt Luther (Elissa); his grandchildren, Michael (Rachel), Victoria (Rich), Kenzie (Trevor), Brandon (Meghan), Brooke (Greg), Ally, Collin and Brendan; his great grandchildren, Raelynn, Tucker and Waylon; and his sisters, Kathleen Mesler, Joanna Best, Sally Lynn Dotson and Barbara Jernigan.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Aloysius Catholic Church (3350 Chapel Rd, Okeana, OH 45063). A Mass was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Hamilton or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
