He is survived by: his parents, Carl Sunderhaus and Emma Sunderhaus (Hornung); his wife Dixie Sunderhaus; his children, Rhonda Kieffer (Jody), Monica Engel (Jerry), Rachel Smith (Clarence), Carla Duke (Jeff) and Jane Thompson (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Dustin, Morgan, Mason Kieffer (Bethany), Austin Engel, Paige Engel, Rachelle Smith and Cory Duke; his siblings, Dale Sunderhaus (Donna), Paul Sunderhaus (Louvada), Walter Sunderhaus (Bonnie), Harold Sunderhaus (Danah) and Jo Ann King (Ed); and also Dry Ridge. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
