It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Stewart (Ross, Ohio), born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on February 7, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Marilyn had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Marilyn may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Slayton and Ruth Davis. She is survived by: her children, Jim Alexander (Jennifer), Debbie Hensley (Jerry), Karen Griesinger (John), Chuck Warich (Laurie) and Greg Stewart (Cindy); her brother Gary Davis; and her friend Angie MacKay.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Charles C. Young Funeral Home (4032 Hamilton Cleves Rd, Ross, OH 45061). A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Kidney Fund.
