We are sad to announce that on March 22, 2024, at the age of 76, Kitty S. Brisbin (Ross, Ohio), born in Middlesboro, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ivan Brisbin; and her sisters, Catherine Yoakum and Grace Woodington. She is survived by: her daughter Dee Brisbin (Ed Roell); and her grandson Derrick Brisbin. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
